Cole Chamberlain, Mechanical Engineer & Reliability Advocate
Cole brings nearly 20 years of hands-on experience designing and developing critical medical equipment. As a seasoned mechanical engineer, he’s led product development across regulated, high-stakes environments where failure isn’t an option.
After seeing how often small practices are left behind with reactive service models and unexpected downtime, Cole launched PULSEops to fill the gap. His vision: create a proactive reliability partnership that empowers practice owners to stay focused on care — while PULSEops handles everything behind the scenes.
He’s not just a technician. He’s a strategist, engineer, and relationship builder committed to helping doctors, vets, tattoo artists, and spa owners scale their impact with confidence.
